Last updated: 2 October 2026
About the service
These terms apply to your use of GamesNPuzzles, the website and service. GamesNPuzzles hosts Tower of Letters, a daily word game with custom puzzle sharing, and publishes board-game guides for general entertainment and information.
Tower of Letters
Tower of Letters puzzles, hints, difficulty levels, and other game features may be corrected, replaced, or updated. Results, streaks, and saved progress are provided for personal entertainment and are not guaranteed to remain available permanently.
Custom puzzles
You are responsible for custom Tower of Letters puzzles you create and share. Do not create or share anything illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, explicit, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate. Do not include another person’s private information without permission. We may restrict access to the service where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Board-game guides
Board-game rules can vary by edition, publisher, and region. The guides on GamesNPuzzles are general explanations and may not match every physical edition. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Availability
GamesNPuzzles is provided as-is. Features may change, puzzle lists may be updated, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.
Intellectual property and third-party names
The site design, original text, code, illustrations and Tower of Letters content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial play and may share links using the features provided. Board-game names, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their use in independent guides does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
External links
Links to third-party websites are provided for reference. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices.
Local data
Tower of Letters progress is stored in your browser. Clearing browser data, switching devices, or using private browsing may remove saved progress and streaks.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of locally stored progress, or reliance on an unofficial board-game guide. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
